The rogAR15 was originally designed with the bolt return spring confined to the receiver. ATF classified it as a firearm. The spring is now a separate part from the receiver and ATF has classified it as a non-firearm. Lower receiver, scope, sights not included. Standard barrel shipped with the upper is either a 10" fluted and threaded or 16" fluted and threaded .920 diameter. Other barrels are optional call for price. Front picatinny rail bored to .920 diameter $50. Full auto version $700 - Semi auto $650. Patent Pending
